She got an AWESOME 101 piece puzzle of Santa and his reindeer! Thanks guys!

Brooke with very slow and serious concentration opens her gift also.

Brooke LOVES FROSTY THE SNOWMAN!! Thanks Aunt Helen & Uncle David!

The more I see Brooke do this pose, the more I think she is doing her "Genie in a Bottle" impression.

Brooke going in for a kiss on the cheek for Aunt Agatha!

Brooke gives Uncle Paul a big smooch!

Brooke trying to show ALL her "Cuteness" to the camera! She is such a ham!

Santa looks over the girls' lists!

Our SWEET ANGEL'S BOTH love Santa this year. No Naughty List here!!

Almost time to go and not sure why Brooke is making that funny face!

It was a vert good day, after breakfast we took a trip up to Ellijay to spend some time with the girls' cousin Eddie and his girlfriend Jessie who were visiting from Orlando.

Polar Express and SANTA SURPRISE!! 12/9/2011

Friday 12/9/2011 we went to Barnes and Noble for a reading of The Polar Express. Here I am with the girls and my newly colored hair (no more grey!) it was also P.J. night for all of the kid's. Once the lady finished telling the story she gave all of the children silver bells on red ribbon.
The big surprise was Santa came up from the front of the store. No one knew THAT was going to happen! Apparently our B&N has been doing this since 2003, and now it's a company wide gig.

I love this photo of Lindsay and Santa and I am sure she is telling him she wants a PINK DS.

Brooke told Santa she wants a doll house that Barbie can get in and ride to the 2nd floor and a new BABY! I love that Brooke is so willing to sit with Santa this year. Santa even took his finger and stroked her sweet dimple!! I just MELT! Lindsay said Santa told her that he KNOWS she was good enough to get her DS but he also told her to CONTINUE to behave!!!

What a heart warming night and SEASON!!

Many Warm wishes to you all and to all a Good Night!

FIRST SANTA VISIT OF 2011

11/19/2011 Santa & his Reindeer came to Learning Express today for pictures with all the kid's.
We are so proud that Miss Brooke managed to be quite Happy with the Jolly 'ol Elf this year!
A major difference from her reaction last year. The girls were so excited to see him they forgot to run down their list of Christmas wishes! But they will have at least two more meetings with Santa this season. Lindsay's school is having Santa come on Saturday December 10th, and we ALWAYS have breakfast with Santa at our church.

This photo is Mom and Dad's favorite. It might just make the Christmas card this year.

We'll see...

As you see there is no Rudolph leading the sleigh today. We told the girls that Rudolph does not do appearances at this time of year. He has to remain rested so he is good to go on Christmas Eve. We think they bought that story! HA!

Here is a good shot of Santa, his sleigh and another little girl ahead of ours getting ready to visit.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Have a joyous Holiday Season!

Breakfast With Santa 2010

Brooke and Aunt Agatha arriving to see Santa.
My Bible Study sister Amy, who gave us BAGS of clothes for Lindsay and Brooke from sizes 4T through 6 or 7! So nice she even gave us a dress for the girls' first Communion! (which it will be a while before that!!)

Mike and I after breakfast.

Lindsay and her oldest cousin Derek pose together.

Happy kids!

Adam telling Santa what he wants for Christmas, let's hope he doesn't get it confused with Lindsay's list! LOL!

All the Grandkids minus Brooke who was taking a little nap somewhere quiet.

Nice smile Lindsay, Derek open your eyes.

Uncle Paul and Brooke getting ready to go up to Santa.

Today at least she will speak to him...for now...

Oh my, Brooke says, Santa you are just a little to close to me and my baby doll.

Now, we have ALL the grandkids. Brooke isn't really having it now.

The Bresnan Family

As long as daddy is holding Brooke she is okay.

Brooke waves to Santa!

We let Lindsay get her face painted AFTER the photos with Santa

Brooke pouting because she does not want to give Lindsay back her little finger puppet Santa.

Overall it was a successful day. We saw lots of friends and had a nice time with family. The breakfast was good as always. Santa was very nice and friendly with the kids! Unfortunately, during Mass, Mike had to take the girls to the cry room because they were talking too much and giggling over Lindsay's painted face.
