Rylann Smith's 1st Birthday Party

BIRTHDAY GIRL RYLANN!! HAPPY FIRST!!
Lindsay is SO ready to start the egg hunt that the Smith family was hosting for Rylann's birthday.

Sisters waiting for the little kid start...

...with Easter baskets in tow.

Brooke maybe had a little too much chocolate last week.

The mini egg hunters: Riley, Brooke, Lindsay & Graison
Uncle Paul with Brooke

Brooke gets busy finding eggs.

Take a look at Brooke starting out with an empty basket.

Here is what she got in the end.

Here is Graison working for her egg count!

Zoe goes for a green egg here.

Rylann again with Anthony's mom.
Girls had to take time out for a swing break!

Brooke takes advantage of some of her chocolate candy.

A photo here of Missy's yummy cake!

The other cake chocolate and buttercream...YUMMY!

...and here is Rylann with her own cake to enjoy as she wishes

Look at that smile!!!

Talk about YUMMY TOES!

Daddy takes Rylann off to the bath...

...but not without one last dip...

Brooke meets Pooh Bear

Brooke says "Got your Nose!"
Rylann opens her gifts...

...and Big sister Graison "helps"

I Love this shot I got of G! What a sweet smile and pose!

Lindsay shows off her loot!!
All the little ones pose at the end of their hunt with their baskets full.
Try getting 5 girls to all look at 1 camera...IMPOSSIBLE!

Brooke's New Umbrella (just like my sister)

We have been having "umbrella envy" in our house lately. So we finally had to break down and go to Wally World to get Brooke her very OWN umbrella.
I wanted her to get The Little Mermaid version different from Lindsay's Pink Princess version but of course Brooke HAD to have the same one as her sister. Let me just tell you Lindsay goes NOWHERE without her umbrella!

as now is Brooke... who pronounces it so cutely as "umbella"

How cute am I?

Family Day in Blue Ridge 3/11/10

My nephew Ed came to visit for a week up in North Georgia with his friend Jessica and they stayed at her family cabin near Blue Ridge. They invited us and the girls up for the day yesterday we had an absolute blast with them and Uncle Steve came up for the day as well. They were such great hosts. We had pizza for lunch and the girls were so happy they had cheese pizza on hand especially for them and capri suns which is a major treat for them, because we don't usually keep those on hand!

Me and my nephew Ed who I took care of when he was a baby!
The girls LOVE their cousin Ed!!

Here is Jessica and Brooke. Jessica was a major hit with the girls!

As you can see here, Brooke was all smiles with her. That is how it was the entire visit!
Ed demonstating Pigtails to Lindsay!!
Brooke and Lindsay playing on the downstairs deck!
Jessica & Linds posed a great shot!

Me, Brooke, Cousin Ed and Lindsay after our Burger and hot dog cook out.
Jessica's cousins who live close by came over for the cook out and brought their 4 year old daugter Stella who Lindsay and Brooke got to play with. Here is Stella and Linds prepping for a race they were totally competitive, but poor Linds does not have as long of legs as Stella. So she did not stand a chance racing!

All the girls chillin' after dinner!
Go Stella go!
Here is Jessica helping Brooke race. Brooke kept saying " I WIN, I WIN!!"

The girls hanging out on the porch swing.
More hanging out with Jessica!! The girls just loved her to death. Lindsay cried that Ed and Jessica were going home today...so sweet!
