I've been having issues with blogger loading photos in a different order too. I drag & drop to put them in place.

I've been having problems with Blogger also. I used Picassa to add photos (it's a lot faster) but it only lets me do 4 photos at a time which is annoying and then they don't always show up once loaded. Argh!
