Boo Boo Bunny

Well it's only been 2 years but I finally got the opportunity to pull out the "boo boo bunny". I got it as a shower favor at my friend Missy's baby shower. Lindsay knocked her noggin pretty hard on yes, folks the TOILET. She was into a cabinet in the bathroom that is not "hers" and as she was in a hurry to scurry from mommy's grasp she knocked her head on the ol' porcelain god. After a few minutes of using boo boo bunny on her forehead she got the gist and took care of herself. My big girl!
Multi tasking...reading, watching tv and icing the bump.
Mellow moment with Boo Boo Bunny. Check out one of my new throw pillows for the couch. YEAH KOHL'S 60% off!! I digress...
Lindsay decided Mommy's boo boo needed some ice too. What a hoot she is at this age. She copies EVERYTHING and is repeating tons of words now. I heard her say "meow" for the first time today. She also has added apple, down, cheese and MAX (finally) to her vocabulary.
She really has become a little MISS INDEPENDENT in the last couple of weeks.
Ok...I'm up late because I was watching SNL because my MAN JON BONJOVI was the HOST tonight. GO JON! Anyone else stay up and watch. VERY FUNNY SHOW. I'll blog about it more later. I've got to hit the hay. PLEASE, PLEASE let Lindsay sleep through the night tonight. :)

We made it to 7:30 and then she woke up screaming. Mike was doing an airport run so I broke the rules and threw her in the bed with me and we both went back to sleep.

Ok. I just put a boo boo bunny on my list to get TONIGHT. We needed that last week! A ziploc bag with ice cubes didn't work so well last week. She just sucked on the bag! So, Stella and Lindsay would be BFFs if they lived close. About the sleep thing.... a couple weeks ago, Stella had 3 nights in a row where she did the "scream at the top of her lungs" thing at 1am. I would go in there and she would grab onto my shirt and not let go...so I ended up taking her into bed with us. I finally discovered that the nights she woke up crying , her new ceiling fan was on. The nights I had it off, she slept through. Maybe it was scaring her? Luckily, that theory has worked so far.... If not, I would be doing the CIO thing too. It's hard to hear them cry...but like Lindsay - she got over it pretty quick. Next time it will be less...until it's down to nothing. Good luck!!

Boo boo bunny is very cute. Sorry you had to use it. I love the pics from your trip, it looks like a wonderful place. We're having sleeping problems at our house too, I think it's the 2 new top teeth.
