Saturday

Lindsay reads while she waits for mommy to get her hair done. Check out her pretty necklace that one of the stylists let her wear.
I look Maaarvelous!!
Here is the new gadget we bought at Babies R Us today. I keep hearing about these and that they are great for teething. She's biting on two apple slices inside the mesh bag. She went to town on the apples.
hmmm...back gums are loving the apple wedges
Well, we still need to try out some other things. It says you can put any fruit or veggie in there and they get the flavor as well as the satisfaction of the chewing. I think we're going to try ice cubes and frozen grapes next.
Lindsay and I had a nice Saturday together. We enjoyed our trip to BRU. We picked up some new paci's (since a couple have disappeared into thin air), some diapers and some EASTER SHOES...finally! I've been searching high and low. Anyway, tomorrow we're off to see the Easter Bunny. Let's hope Lindsay likes him. She did really well with Santa so we'll cross our fingers and hope for the best.
Hope everyone is enjoying this fantastic weather weekend!!

Oh, i loved that gadget when Joe was her age!! the only problem i had with it was cleaning it- but that also depends what you put in it! Joe loved to have pineapple in it and that was hard to clean-so are bananas. but i tell ya, this is a great little baby invention! i bet she'll love the Easter Bunny if she loved Santa. Can't wait to see the pics from your visit!

That's a cool gadget! Man, I wish they had things like that when my kids were little, LOL! Linds looks like she had fun at the salon with Mom...too cute that she loves to accessorize already...can't wait to see her Easter outfit! :)

Yes, the pacis do tend to just evaporate, huh? I hate that. Replacement sippy cups get expensive too...

The difference between having a boy and a girl: the ability to sit your baby in a stroller during the entirety of your hair appointment. I bet she loved it. Not so with my kids...

It helps that she's not walking yet. I imagine by summer I'll be asking someone to watch her when I go to my appts. Most hair salons don't let you bring kids either. I'm very lucky that the place I go to is so kid friendly. But you're right she did do very well.

She looks adorable! Her hair looks like it is getting longer too. Sorry we didn't get to meet up with you all this weekend. It was crazy around here, but fun.

You'll have to let me know how her new food toy works out so we can possibly try it out later on when Evan's around her age.
