Rockin' and a Rollin', Movin' and a Shakin'

Hello Bloggers,

I just need to do a little pregnancy documentation here. Yesterday had to be the first day I have felt this new little girl of mine moving all over the place. I've been starting to feel more and more the last two weeks but now I'm really starting to notice a pattern! Yesterday morning and this morning as I type this she is just a kickin' away! It's still very subtle but it's enough to make me stop, take notice and smile! I just love this part. It feels like I've been waiting FOREVER to feel this kid start moving. I guess because I knew so early that I was pregnant and since it's my second time around I knew what I was looking forward to and couldn't wait. For me feeling the baby actually MOVING around inside of me is like the excitement of Christmas morning. This is the part I remember so fondly and the reason I really wanted and hoped to experience PREGNANCY again (not to mention the whole raising a kid part...ha!ha!).

The weirdest thing going on right now is that I'm waking up every night/morning at exactly the same time frame and I'm having trouble getting back to sleep. It seems her trampoline antics on my bladder wake me up around 3:30 every morning and when I look at the clock it's sort of like that movie Ground Hogs Day...it's like I say "ok, it must be 3:30" and it is! Worse yet, is crawling back in the bed knowing my alarm is going to go off at 5:15 and not getting back to sleep until 4! I don't remember the sleeping issues happening until the very end last time so I'm hoping this is just a short phase. Sheesh, we just get Lindsay sleeping again and now this one is keeping me up at night. At least I can just lay there and will her off my bladder...she's not making me watch BARNEY yet and she's not keeping Mike up. Of course, we'll know better next time around right? Poor second child won't get away with anything....

I have lots of new Lindsay pics to post from the weekend. Not sure I'll get around to it tonight as we have grocery shopping to do, dinner, bath and let's not forget American Idol!

Check back with me though I could suprise you!

I can't wait to be pregnant again. Pregnancy is fun and the end result is wonderful. I'm glad she's kicking away but I'll pray that she lets you get some sleep.

Best feeling in the world when the baby moves! It's what i miss most about being pregnant!

Idol was good last nite, no? I loved the blond piano player the best.

Tara-yes, I'm waiting to hear good news from your neck of the woods in the coming months!

MBkimmy- I'll definitely check in...can't wait to hear boy/girl! GOOD LUCK!

Katie- yes that girl was the best girl last night. The guys were all good again except for lil' david who I think "threw the race" for a record deal...we'll see.

Ok...so I fell asleep last night at the very end of idol. oops...I'll have a new post up soon!

Yay for an active baby #2. So has Mike been able to feel her move yet? I keep trying to get Jason to feel Wesley move and he always misses it : (

Throwing in my two cents on AI here...I thought Brooke did awesome, and I also liked David Cook rocking out to Elenor Rigby.

I agree Andrea...I did like David again this week. Mike has not felt her move yet. I haven't even seen my belly move yet. We're just getting started!! I think I remember I was toward the end of the 20's before MIke could feel Lindsay. Last night she was moving good and I pulled my shirt up to watch but then she stopped. STINKER!
