Lindsay had her 5th swim lesson today and she went under water TWICE and came up smiling both times! We are so proudof her! After her swim lesson Uncle Steve and Aunt Claire met us for lunch so they could say goodbye to the girls before they go off to the beach with Aunt Agatha and Uncle Paul. It's going to be SO hard to know it is Lindsay's birthday and not have her here!
But, I did not want to be selfish and make her stay home just for me.
Thank you Uncle Steve for lunch today and don't forget to check your mailbox for your card from the girls'

Swim Lesson # 4 6/14/10

Lindsay had a new teacher today- Miss Katherine
Lindsay did lots of new stuff today.

She had a full audience. Uncle Steve dropped by and Grandma and Granddad

Swim Lesson #3

HOORAY for Lindsay she swam underwater for the first time this past Thursday! She actually has 3 more swim lessons this week before she goes on her beach trip with the Roesel/Quigg family. One is a make up for the week she'll be gone and one is a freebie for her birthday month,
and the other is her regular class on Thursday! We are so proud of how well she is doing! She is much more confident in the water with a teacher especially. If she actually goes to the beach, Mike and I are planning on getting Brooke moved into Lindsay's room and turning the nursery into a playroom! Finally! There is SO much to clean up and move. We bought Brooke's bed on consignment yesterday and Mike got a mattress and box spring today off of Craig's list. Brooke is almost ready to go! I can't wait to be putting the girls' to bed every night in the same room! Although, Linds starts pre-k August 2 this Fall.

Lolly Pop Fun

Lolly pops are ALWAYS a big deal at our house! Also when ever we go to the bank or pharmacy the girls start asking!
Brooke still has to have a paper towel bib when she eats one to catch the drool. But she can eat one faster than you have ever seen!

We have been having "umbrella envy" in our house lately. So we finally had to break down and go to Wally World to get Brooke her very OWN umbrella.
I wanted her to get The Little Mermaid version different from Lindsay's Pink Princess version but of course Brooke HAD to have the same one as her sister. Let me just tell you Lindsay goes NOWHERE without her umbrella!
