Sears Towne Center- Fall Photo Shoot

Here they all are...random order here. This photo and the teaser shot on the previous post are my two fave's. She has such a mischeivous little smile here. She refused to wear her witches hat. So, I improvised and put it on the pumpkin instead. I think it totally worked! She also was not letting go of her cracker for love nor money. We worked with it. The costume was the second part of the photo shoot so we didn't want to push it.

This picture was obviously a boo boo but the photographer thought it was cute because it looks like Lindsay was casting a spell. We labled it "double, double, toil and trouble" and entered it in their Halloween photo contest. Way to make a bad photo work huh? I got a free shot of it in 5x7 too since it was entered in the contest.

Just to show you it wasn't a PERFECT photo shoot. We had a slight melt down but the photographer and I still liked this shot. Mike doesn't get why I like the cry pictures sometimes. It's still cute. It's still her personality. We'll see what she thinks someday. I bought a 10x10 photo collage of most of these pics and I threw this photo in the collage for posterity.
I love this shot however if you compare it to the teaser shot (which is also the last photo in this post) I thought her smile in the other one was cuter. They are both great photos though and just ever so slightly posed differently. The girls at Sears were fabulous with her and I'm definitely planning on doing our Christmas pictures there this year.
I wanted one photo of her standing alone. Not the best expression but still a sweet shot.

I didn't buy this photo but she has the cutest toes and double chin here.
We didn't buy this one either as it was too close to the very first one above and I don't like her smile in this shot. We were still warming up here and holding the cracker. The kicker was when I put her cat purse on her arm. That's when we got the good smile pic.
Love this shot too. They cropped this one up as a close up and we purchased it that way.

I'm not sure why this photo came out smaller than the others...oops. However I didn't buy this one either. Great smile but not as good as the other shots and even though she has on her pumpkin shoes I don't like the way her legs and everything look here. As you can see, even the worst pics are still great!
The girls at the studio loved this pic but to me, pardon the expression, this is her "poopy face". I didn't like this smile so much. Mike agreed so I was glad I made the right decision. It was hard to choose from so many cute shots and he wasn't with me this time.
This shot is in the collage. It was a nice natural picture of her playing with the props.
You bet we bought bunches of this one! It seems we always get some kind of picture of her in a box or basket or popping out of a present. LOL! Hey, whatever works! This is a great photo!
LOVE MY LINDSAY! We're back to the teaser photo.
I'm telling you guys I couldn't be more pleased. I spent way too much money. Especially considering we're going next month to do Christmas pics and our first family portrait since Lindsay was five months old! But at least my kids will have plenty of pictures to treasure when they're older. I have so few baby pictures of myself and all of Mike's are on slides. I hope Lindsay will appreciate having all of these one day.

Teaser!

Got my photos back today but I don't have time to post them all before we head off to the patch. Here is one of my FAVES!!! I'll post the rest tonight!

Use #2 for Pampers Box

Daddy and Lindsay had some fun the other day playing with this box. I saw Tara's blog at the same time and thought it was pretty funny how our kids were playing the same. Isn't it funny the stuff that they play with the most is the everyday around the house stuff?

What's UP BLOGGER....GRRRR...

Blogger won't let me upload pics right now. I'm not happy. I have some cute box pictures to post.

Does it seem like lately Blogger is having ISSUES??? UGH.

Ok, so I would really be mad if I had my photo shoot pics ready to go tonight. You guys I had the most FABULOUS photo shoot with Lindsay today. Ya'll are going to FREAK over how cute she was. We took some fall pics and some Halloween costume pics. I'll be picking up my prints tomorrow as I had somewhere else to be today and couldn't wait on them. I can't tell you how much I spent....Seriously...I won't say the number aloud. I was just going to buy a few to hold us over til Christmas pics. Oh my gosh...this was the best professional shoot we've done since her nudies last December. Not sure if I ever posted any of those. I should scan a few in sometime. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOO STOKED. I'll have some photos up tomorrow night or Monday. We're going to the patch tomorrow so we'll see how much blogging time I have.

Lindsay is 16 months old today! WAHOOOOOOOOO...my baby is growing up!

Ada's HomeMade Yeast Rolls

Aunt KK's mom Ada came into town for a visit last week. She lives in the now famous Jena Louisianna. Well, Ada is famous for her awesome homemade yeast rolls. Let me tell you that if you love a good roll you would SLAP YOUR MOMMA over these!! Obviously Lindsay here likes them a lot. It's probably a curse but it looks like she's going to love bread like her momma.
Ada had not met Lindsay yet so we got to meet her for dinner one night. She was nice enough to send us over some rolls before she left.
I'm sorry we didn't get a picture of Ada with Lindsay. I don't know what I could have been thinking, ME leave the house without the camera??? At any rate we wanted to do a thank you tribute because they were SO good. Aunt KK please make sure your mom sees these pics!

Grandma's Pumpkin Garden

Derek & Adam make their selections
Hanging out with her cousins
Lindsay won't say pumpkin yet. She calls them apples. We're also working on "trick or treat".
Adam takes care of his little cousin.
awwww....how sweet!
Lindsay heading into the patch to pick her prize.
This one looks good!
What a sweet pic. GOOD JOB DADDY! Check out her pumpkin Robeez...we're getting TONS of compliments on these shoes. Thanks Caron!
No more pictures Dad!

Hello Bloggers! FINALLY! I haven't been able to post pics in two nights. Blogger had a bug or something! Last Sunday we went to visit Grandma & Grandpa and check out the pumpkins in their garden. The kids had a great time picking out pumpkins. This coming Sunday we're heading to the Mother of all patches Burt's Pumpkin Farm! I'm sure we'll have lots more pics from there. We're also taking Linds this weekend for some new portraits. She'll be 16 months on Saturday! It's been a tough week in the Bresnan house. Lindsay has not been sleeping well. We've been having to incorporate some TUFF LOVE and let her cry it out in the middle of the night. It's been VERY hard on us. We got through last night with only one cry out and it didn't last long. Previous episodes have been two hours at a time. We're hoping for another quiet night tonight!
Hope everyone has a great Friday tomorrow and an awesome weekend. We'll try to get a few more pics up soon. I'm falling behind on the camera.

Boo Boo Bunny

Well it's only been 2 years but I finally got the opportunity to pull out the "boo boo bunny". I got it as a shower favor at my friend Missy's baby shower. Lindsay knocked her noggin pretty hard on yes, folks the TOILET. She was into a cabinet in the bathroom that is not "hers" and as she was in a hurry to scurry from mommy's grasp she knocked her head on the ol' porcelain god. After a few minutes of using boo boo bunny on her forehead she got the gist and took care of herself. My big girl!
Multi tasking...reading, watching tv and icing the bump.
Mellow moment with Boo Boo Bunny. Check out one of my new throw pillows for the couch. YEAH KOHL'S 60% off!! I digress...
Lindsay decided Mommy's boo boo needed some ice too. What a hoot she is at this age. She copies EVERYTHING and is repeating tons of words now. I heard her say "meow" for the first time today. She also has added apple, down, cheese and MAX (finally) to her vocabulary.
She really has become a little MISS INDEPENDENT in the last couple of weeks.
Ok...I'm up late because I was watching SNL because my MAN JON BONJOVI was the HOST tonight. GO JON! Anyone else stay up and watch. VERY FUNNY SHOW. I'll blog about it more later. I've got to hit the hay. PLEASE, PLEASE let Lindsay sleep through the night tonight. :)
